Back in 2010 to 2013 I lived in Maricopa Az. During the time I was working for Frito lay in Casa Grande Az.

An incident happened on the job where this one guy got hurt. Hit with an iron stick with a hook on the end of it. That employee Name was Robert. During that time he asked me if I could go to Human Resource and tell what happened, so I did.

So, when I got back to the warehouse floor it felt like I had a target on my back. I was liked by a few. That employee who hit Robert got fired on the spot. At this time, I was getting treated badly and almost everybody who worked there was against me.

Female coworkers would call me to their area where they were stationed before the machine belt would start up. Would say anything to me and start unbuttoning their Frito lay shirt and tell the 2nd shift supervisor I was looking at them. With the Male coworkers they would time what direction am about to look in and act like they are pulling up their pants to say I'm looking at them. Things like this kept happening months after months until I went to Human Resources about how this one coworker kept pulling up his pants every time he talked to me.

I would turn my head the opposite direction while he would talk to me. So Human Resource got us to come to the office and discuss it. I felt like nothing got resolved, no disciplinary action just told him to stop doing that. I left the Human Resource office first while he stayed in the office.

It didn't matter if it kept going on with the other employees and the same employee that went to the Human Resource office with me. I stayed at Frito lay as long as I could. I was the only breadwinner in my family. This manager who worked there for a while was doing the same thing as the employees were doing to me.

But That manager was close to this employee and acted like they were up to something. negative. I used to walk in another room in the Frito lay plant and hear that manager on the Frito lay company phone talking about whether or not this person passed the child molestation test. Another time I heard the manager on the phone asking somebody to transfer somebody to another jail.

He said I would do a favor for you if you transferred him over here. I think they agreed because the manager got excited. That employee I felt like that manager he was close to would brag how somebody can put his name in the system as a cop and can arrest you and nobody would ever know that. Another time I heard that manger employee talking and looking at somebody background seeing what they can add something to his background that match something similar he already has on his background.

While I was changing a forklift battery in the Frito lay warehouse, that employee, who I felt was close to the manager, was somewhat near me at this time. I told one of the employees in the Frito lay warehouse I was leaving going back to Atlanta ga. Then out of nowhere that manager I felt like was close to that employee said to me I will be back. So, in December of 2013 I left and walked out of the Frito Lay Plant, sold my house fast cash and took my Family to Atlanta Ga where I lived before. When I got to Atlanta, I worked for uber for 7 years.

Then I started doing Roadie delivery items to customers. One thing I know about Roadie is that it is linked to PepsiCo just like Frito lay. Somebody had to tell me where I was because the employees from the stores I was picking up orders were treating me the same way Frito lay employees did. It started in July 2021.

It was like a snowball effect everywhere I went. But now I was in a car accident. My chiropractor and the lady at the front desk who checks you in are investigating me watching what I look at In Decatur Ga. Somebody might be using the chiropractor for credibility to say anything about me.

This is where I'm at it today.

My oil came out of my car from the bottom of the engine because the oil filter was not tightened all the way . Somebody tried to break into my Apartment. Kids in my Apartment complex tried to set me up with child molestation . While I took my daughter to the bus stop sitting in my car the teenage females dancing in front of my window.

Another event I was eating food in the parking lot as I looked up a female had her phone Camera on me while her daughter was bending over getting something from the backseat of the vehicle. Sometimes you get people on the Apt stairs where I go to enter my Apt harass me just to get past. Just some of the events.

1. They found where you were.

They make phone calls to your job and say bad things about you offering the employees money to keep it up.

3. Make it believable

4. Have the employees or their friends at your job stage events to put you on Camera and use it in court from another state.

5. Hoping the cops in your state arrest you for what they want so they can use it against you in court or they have police from their state come arrest you on a bogus charge.

They ruined my Name destroyed my character and made it hard for me to go anywhere in Atlanta ga etc.

Another event happened 6/14/2022 at Panda Express 4004 La Vista Rd, Tucker Ga 30084 Time between 2.30pm to 5pm I went inside to order my food Once I received my food I went out the entrance door to the patio to eat my food at this time nobody was there. I was sitting at the table in the corner from the other tables. My view was looking at the street as cars passed by. Then you had a table next to me.

The view from that table is more looking at the parking lot. A family of four came to the table to sit down and eat. I noticed the father and mother were facing the parking lot. They had a toddler sitting behind them and the other female was eating her food from the backside of me.

As I look back at the female from the backside of me she would turn her head. She was there to see if I'm looking at the toddler. I finished my food and left. Once I got in my car I saw a blue patrol car across the street from panda express parked parallel in between smoothie king and chipotle.

First they said Im Crazy, Gay now Im a child molester. They are trying to use anything to lock me up. I have four kids and a wife we are tired.

They had a toddler sitting behind them and the other female was eating her food from the backside of me. As I look back at the female from the backside of me she would turn her head. She was there to see if I'm looking at the toddler. I finished my food and left.

Once I got in my car I saw a blue patrol car across the street from panda express parked parallel in between smoothie king and chipotle. First they said Im Crazy, Gay now Im a child molester. They are trying to use anything to lock me up. I have four kids and a wife we are tired.

On Friday June 17, 2022 in Dunwoody Ga as I drop off a package at the destination which is somebody house. As I drove off there is a child at the end of the drive way looking directly at me as I did a u turn to leave that neighborhood community.

It didn't matter if it kept going on with the other employees and the same employee that went to the Human Resource office with me.

I stayed at Frito lay as long as I could. I was the only breadwinner in my family. This manager who worked there for a while was doing the same thing as the employees were doing to me. But That manager was close to this employee and acted like they were up to something.

Another time I heard the manager on the phone asking somebody to transfer somebody to another jail. He said I would do a favor for you if you transferred him over here.

That employee I felt like that manager he was close to would brag how somebody can put his name in the system as a cop and can arrest you and nobody would ever know that. Another time I heard that manger employee talking and looking at somebody background seeing what they can add something to his background that match something similar he already has on his background. While I was changing a forklift battery in the Frito lay warehouse, that employee, who I felt was close to the manager, was somewhat near me at this time.

A female employee approaches him and asks what happened to this guy. That employee close to the manager said that the guy got killed in jail due to many phones' calls. At these times I couldn't really put it together I didn't know what to believe. I told one of the employees in the Frito lay warehouse I was leaving going back to Atlanta ga.

Then out of nowhere that manager I felt like was close to that employee said to me I will be back. So, in December of 2013 I left and walked out of the Frito Lay Plant, sold my house fast cash and took my Family to Atlanta Ga where I lived before. When I got to Atlanta, I worked for uber for 7 years. Then I started doing Roadie delivery items to customers.

One thing I know about Roadie is that it is linked to PepsiCo just like Frito lay. Somebody had to tell me where I was because the employees from the stores I was picking up orders were treating me the same way Frito lay employees did. It started in July 2021. It was like a snowball effect everywhere I went.

But now I was in a car accident. My chiropractor and the lady at the front desk who checks you in are investigating me watching what I look at In Decatur Ga. Somebody might be using the chiropractor for credibility to say anything about me. This is where I'm at it today.

Giving me a hard time.

Somebody had to call these stores.

All of a sudden I had a bill collector calling me about a bill I owe in Az and two phone calls from somebody in Az missed the calls. Haven't been in Az in 8 years. I remember getting an oil change about a week later. My oil came out of my car from the bottom of the engine because the oil filter was not tightened all the way .

Somebody tried to break into my Apartment. Kids in my Apartment complex tried to set me up with child molestation . While I took my daughter to the bus stop sitting in my car the teenage females dancing in front of my window. Another event I was eating food in the parking lot as I looked up a female had her phone Camera on me while her daughter was bending over getting something from the backseat of the vehicle.

Sometimes you get people on the Apt stairs where I go to enter my Apt harass me just to get past. Just some of the events.

1. They found where you were.

2. They make phone calls to your job and say bad things about you offering the employees money to keep it up.

4. Have the employees or their friends at your job stage events to put you on Camera and use it in court from another state.

5. Hoping the cops in your state arrest you for what they want so they can use it against you in court or they have police from their state come arrest you on a bogus charge.

They ruined my Name destroyed my character and made it hard for me to go anywhere in Atlanta ga etc.

Another event happened 6/14/2022 at Panda Express 4004 La Vista Rd, Tucker Ga 30084 Time between 2.30pm to 5pm I went inside to order my food Once I received my food I went out the entrance door to the patio to eat my food at this time nobody was there.

I was sitting at the table in the corner from the other tables. My view was looking at the street as cars passed by. Then you had a table next to me. The view from that table is more looking at the parking lot.

A family of four came to the table to sit down and eat. I noticed the father and mother were facing the parking lot. They had a toddler sitting behind them and the other female was eating her food from the backside of me. As I look back at the female from the backside of me she would turn her head.

She was there to see if I'm looking at the toddler. I finished my food and left. Once I got in my car I saw a blue patrol car across the street from panda express parked parallel in between smoothie king and chipotle. First they said Im Crazy, Gay now Im a child molester.

They are trying to use anything to lock me up. I have four kids and a wife we are tired.

Beware of This Location
Had a nice meal at Florence Chilis with great service from our server. However, after the server asked for my business number for an insurance quote (I own an agency), I soon received *** and threatening texts from an unknown number.
I immediately reported this to Todd, the manager, who admitted he knew who was responsible but only took my number and offered a vague apology.

No action was taken on their end.
Given the seriousness of the situation, my next call was to the local police, and Ill be filing a formal report. Be cautious when giving out personal information at this establishment.
Update to My Chilis Review:
Its now the following day, nearly 11 AM CST, and over 24 hours since I first notified Chilis about this incident.

I spoke with two managers, Todd and Jamie, including a face-to-face meeting with the latter. Jamie stated that my phone number was going directly to the owner, yet this man (whose name was not given) apparently didnt think it warranted a first-thing-in-the-morning call backor any response at all.
Additionally, both managers admitted they know exactly who sent the messages, yet they gave conflicting answers on whether this person is even allowed to visit the restaurant.
If a situation like this doesnt justify a swift and serious response from Chilis, what does?

This is the second time in 3 weeks your restaurant number 1085 overcharged me. Both times I ordered your special 3 for me for $10.99, but I had been charged the full price.

Last night, 4/5/2025, I went to your restaurant located at 8545 N Rockwell in Oklahoma City. I ordered your special: Diet Coke, salsa and chips, and your crispy chicken sandwich for $10.99, but the waitress charged individually and I ended up paying $24.74 plus a tip of $4.95. Bad advertising and I should not beg for the discount. Three weeks ago they did the same thing, but I cared less for that.

She took the cards. And ran them. Said nothing is on them , i said correct. Nc I meed to pay our bill with them.

She said We owe $28. Gave her our Discover card. When she returned. I said.

Was there a til on there? We looked at the bill. No there was not. After we left.

The hostess came running with our bill. Said we need to pay. I should her the 3 fc cards. And Disc receipt.

She gave us a receipt/ bill. I did not look at it until 2 days later bc we were on vacation. And now I am seeing a $11.55 tip. And we left a $11 tip on the table.

I am in the process of looking up our card balance and when they were used. She also did nit want to give the cards to us. She said she tossed them. I asked get to please go get them from tge garbage.

The longer I think about this.

this morning (3/15/25) at a little after 11 am, my wife and I arrived at chilli's on two notch rd to enjoy a special birthday lunch as it is my wife's birthday month. we were so looking forward to celebrating her birthday with the a3 for me big smash burgers that chilli's has been actively advertising on tv the last few weeks.

upon being seated at a booth to dine, the terrible experience began. we ordered our meals from the menu. while the waiter served us our beverages right away, he didn't serve us our appetizers until after he had served us our meal entrees. doing this caused our entrees to be cold at our booth by the time we finished eating our appetizers.

at the same time, I realized my smash burger had onions on it even though I had distinctly asked the waiter for no onions when I placed my order. the waiter took my burger back to the kitchen and had it recooked correctly as I ordered it. this recooking of my burger to match my order prolonged the time it took to receive my meal so I could begin enjoying it. my wife asked the waiter for salt and pepper and it took him 10 to 12 minutes to bring the salt and pepper to our table resulting in her burger getting colder while she waited for the salt and pepper to arrive at the table.

to make an unforgettable dining experience worse, the waiter added an extra smash burger and two additional beverages which we did not order nor receive to our check amount for the meal we consumed at the restaurant. it then took the waiter 20-25 minutes to correct the check amount for the meal we consumed. the waiter finally delivered a refill of the coke beverage after we paid the check and then waited an additional 7 to 10 minutes to receive it. while we have dined at this chilli's restaurant several times during the last few years, this was the worst service and improperly prepared meals we have ever experienced during our numerous visits to this chilli's restaurant.

because of this poor dining experience on 3/15/25 at the two notch chilli's, my wife's birthday lunch at the restaurant was less than enjoyable as it was unforgettable for the wrong reasons and will likely result in us not frequenting this chilli's restaurant in the future. it will also probably mean we will not recommend the chilli's restaurant on two notch rd to our family and friends (as we have in the past) going forward. I hope you will take whatever steps are necessary to improve the dining services provided to patrons in your restaurant and my wife and I can return to the two notch rd chilli's restaurant and enjoy the dining experience we had previously experienced there. your cooperation and diligence in making sure this unpleasant experience will not be repeated for your loyal patrons is very much appreciated by us.

I'm writing to inform you of my latest treatment at an establishment in my city. The location is in Jefferson City, Missouri on Missouri Blvd.

I've had three occasions of poor customer service.

1. In January of this year, I had stomach surgery and was unable to eat spicy food or drive. I ordered online; three soups and mild/regular wings, to be delivered. The order was missing one soup, and the wings were hot/spicy.

I called and spoke to someone who was argumentative, so I requested a manager. I explained what happened and was told a lot of people confuse the regular wings for hot due to the color. I had to convince the manager that they were indeed hot. I was told the order could be replaced and I could pick it up.

I explained the reason for the delivery the first time. The manager came and delivered the correct order herself, saw that the wings were hot and gave me Chili's bucks.

2. Four months later. I was celebrating my doctors allowing me to have heavier foods.

I wanted a steak. I called in an order for two steak dinners, both medium well. My husband picked them up. They were both dry.

I called them and they blamed my husband saying he didn't pick them up on time. Well, he was there, while I ordered, so that was the first lie. I told them about my restaurant experience and how the steaks didn't look freshly cooked, more like pre-cooked, microwaved and sitting in a warmer. My husband returned the food, I was refunded and once again given Chili's bucks.

Today, September 7th of 2024. I called in an order over the phone and spoke with James. I ordered the Crispy Critters meal with two sides of mac 'n' cheese. I also ordered a 6oz sirloin steak meal, once again medium well.

I told James twice that I wanted the steak medium well, not well done. My husband picked up the order and called me. I asked him to check to make sure nothing was missing. He was missing his mac 'n' cheese and instead had one order of fries.

I told him if they couldn't provide it on the fly, to reject the whole order. I called them to let them know he was outside and coming back in for the mac 'n' cheese. He received it immediately and came home with the order. Upon opening the foil for my steak, I immediately could see it was dry and there were absolutely no juices.

I cut it open and confirmed it. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Misty. I explained everything from the first time I ever ordered from them until the present. She stated that they have a record of my transactions with them.

She then blamed my husband for not cutting into the steak to make sure it was correct. I told her that was not the correct thing to do, and we both know it. She told me that the steak continued to cook after being plated. She said the takeout person was new.

She said they cooked the steak to temp. I called her out on all her excuses. She told me that since they can't seem to satisfy me, she will refund it and she hung up on me. I decided to return all the food and arrived there.

She and her staff treated me as if I wanted a handout, and she mentioned how they will not provide me any more Chili's bucks.

I didn't ask for any as I won't be patronizing that establishment ever again. I just wanted it to be known how disgusting their behavior is and how they try to blame the customer.

I recently visited the Newark Delaware location on Feb 16th, 2025 and had a very concerning experience. While eating my meal at the restaurant, I didnt finish everything and brought some leftovers home.

Later, when I went to eat them, I discovered two separate plastic pieces embedded in my foodone in my egg roll and another in my mozzarella sticks.

This was not only alarming but also dangerous, as I could have accidentally swallowed or choked on these foreign objects. The fact that the plastic was embedded in both items raises serious concerns about food safety and preparation.

I would like to know what steps need to be taken regarding this incident.

I have kept the plastic pieces in case further investigation is necessary. Please advise on how Chilis plans to address this issue, as I want to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

I Showed Tory / Tori the Manager where the server spilled sauce on my husbands pants. He looked at it; disregarded my husband looked at me and accidents happen I replied not like this.

He said it again accidents happen what do you want me to do? I said not like this. He was very nonchalant and unapologetic. He showed no empathy whatsoever as if he wanted to say *** happens.

Not trying to put words in his mouth but thats how he made me feel. I said what do you mean what do I want you to do? He then replied again accidents happen I said you are not gonna even apologize or pretend like you care? He then said it again.

Accidents happen what do u want me to do? You want a soda/ pop? I said u could at least offer to comp us he looked at the table and looked at me like I had lost my mind. As if I wanted him to pay for the meals.

I said Im not looking for you to pay for our meals just act like u care and give us some kind of compensation he gave us a military discount which we wouldve gotten anyway. I dont know what his normal demeanor is but he looked as if he was high off of something. his last words when he walked away from the table was accidents happen.

No apology. Someone needs to give him a drug test and put him back in customer service training.

I ordered from Chili's on December 1, 2025, but that order was cancelled. I was supposed to get a refund, but I have yet to receive it.

Every time I call, I'm told something different. I was charged $52 and some change. I'm tired of the runaround; I want my money back. The managers are no help.

When I asked for some info for corporate, I was told they didn't have that information. It's been 20 days of waiting on a refund. Now when I call, they just put me on hold or tell me to contact DoorDash, even though my bank statement says Chili's charged the card.

I took a picture when the order was cancelled, and my bank statement as proof. Their customer service is terrible and I’m upset that I have to jump through hoops just to get my money back.
