On sunday the 12th, my wife and I went to the Hemet chilis to get ribs. We were told they were out of ribs????

Your signature food and they were out????No apologies, no manager came out to explain , they obviously did not care. VERRY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN OUR MINDS!!! It was 2:00 pm and still early so why didn't someone go to a local market and get ribs or do something?? We wilol think twice about frequenting chilis again if this is the kind of service we get there.

I understand that things happen but to run out of your signature food means someone is not doing their job for customers and your company. Think about how much money was lost for the company and who knows when they got a shipment int or restocked?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Sometimes customers eat more orders of ribs than is expected and they run out...**** happens...get over it! I'm sure your place of business (if you even work) has run out of pens, paper, ink, etc.

First off, do you have a clue how expensive your ribs would be, if they did that.

Second, how in the world do you think they would get their signature ribs to have that signature taste, if they had to cook them from scratch?! Ohhhh, you think those ribs come in fresh?!!
