I RECENTLY WENT TO THE CHILIS ON GATEWAY AND MILITARY, I TOOK MY COUSIN THERE FOR HER BDAY,THIS HAPPENED ON THE 23RD OF JULY NO ONE CALLED ME YET ,SO THATS WHY IM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT,IT WAS SIX OF US,WE ALREADY WAITED 30 MIN TO BE SEATED ,THEN WHEN WE WAS SEATED IT TOOK THE SERVER 35 TO 40 MIN TO TAKE OUR ORDER,OR OFFER US ANYTHING TO DRINK ,THEN ONCE THE ORDER WAS TAKEN AND GOT TO US IT WAS COLD SO THREE OF US RETURNED OUR FOOD I HAD THE TRIPLE DIPPER AND I HAD A SIDE OF FRIES NO SALT ,THEY BOUGHT ME FRIES WITH SALT , I CANT HAVE NO ADDED SALT CAUSE OF MY PRESSURE ,SO ASK FOR A MANAGER, HE CAME OUT WITH A ATTITUDE IM LIKE LOOK MY FOOD IS COLD MY FRIES HAVE SALT AND I KNOW YOU ARE BUSY BUT I AM A CUSTOMER SO HE STATED OK ILL MAKE IT MY SELF ,FOOD CAME BACK HOT TRUE ENOUGH BUT IT WAS RAW MADE ME SICK ON THE STOMACH AND I HAD SOMEONE ELSES CHICKEN BONE IN MY PLATE AS IF THEY TOOK IT OFF SOMEONES ELSES PLATE .OUR WHOLE MEAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE EVERYONES FOOD WAS WRONG BUT SOME WENT AHEAD AND ATE IT ,THE WAITRES STATED THAT SHE DIDNT NEED TO WRITE OUR ORDER DOWN SHE CAN REMEMBER IT BUT THAT WAS ALL FALSE SHE MESSED UP ALSO .THE WORST RESTURANT I EVER BEEN TOO NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL ME ,CAN THE HEAD IN CHARGE CONTACT ME ON THIS MATTER.THANKS
