And for your edification, with Door Dash orders, restaurants do not and will not provided refunds or replacements! Refunds must come from door dash!

No offense, but have no right telling anyone to get an education, if you cannot even spell the word. How do you know that he or she has not finished high school? Whatever education they have they are more educated than you are obviously.

I can't because I ate it. I will be honest with you.

That food was not unsealed. I opened up the food and took a picture after. I am lying to get a free meal.

I am having trouble with finding a job. I have a criminal background.

Actually If you click on their username you will see that they have duplicate accounts. Not sure how they can do that since you should not be able to make the same name.

But click on the username of the complainer and the granny thing. Not the same person.

Food Poisoning

I ate at one of your restaurants in Florida on my way to a Function and after two hours I was extremely sick and had to be hospitalized. I have all my doctors information and since Ive had multiple issues and I will have my attorney contact you. Ive tried many times to reach out but your Offices never respond so , Now through Media , the internet and word of mouth I will find a resolution

I have not been able to contact them, I was given a link to send contact information and the site wont allow me to submit due to just flashing on the location tab. Seems as if they do not want to hear about the racial profiling and discrimination that occured from a "manager" to my family and I on a night out.

Preferred solution: I would like to have compensation for all 6 of my family members as well as have the "manager" Kristen take sensitivity training or demotion until she learns how to speak with people.

User's recommendation: If you are a black family please do not choose this location for your family dinner. The "manager" is rude and will not listen to your complaint as well will cancel your order and tell you "your done" . The service is bad. Horrible experience.

I dont understand this *** company at all .Im fiancé has started working here and he agreed to start at 16 an hour and his first check was 15 an hour and they want him to sign a paper so they can fix it and on top of this he also agreed to work from 8 to 4 why is it that he has been there less then a month and has been doing two peoples work and doesnt get home till 3 hours later it is un acceptable you tell me one *** company you know that makes you do preparations for two people and has to do it all by them *** selfs .and I know it seems like Im being a *** and comparing but hes getting more hours but I am purely *** off with the fact that we have son that is not even a year yet and they are taking time out of his day he could be having e it h his father and at that not *** staying to there agreement and he asked me not to call or complain but I need to after seeing what he had to do all *** day with no help .plus to add on there food is absolutely horrible .the last time I ate at a chilies my chili tasted like *** straight salt and my chicken wasnt even cut for my salad .there is only one person that has truly tired to help my fiancé out of the whole place so shout out to Juan for being so very sweet and helping out like everyone elses lazy *** should .

Less than stellar customer service

We ordered food for pickup from this restaurant and called them directly once the order was placed to confirm we wanted the burgers cooked to med/ rare and we confirmed it was 2 double burger lunch specials with the Manager on Duty. When my sister arrived to pick up the order she was told that the instructions werent given in time to satisfy our request and then told that the burgers are to thin anyway.

She was asked if she wanted to wait for the food, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time. And if thats not bad enough when we opened the containers, not only were the burgers cooked well done but one of the salads had no dressing. I called again and spoke to the Manager on Duty again and he shirked his responsibility in this situation.

Having been in the service industry for years, I would have been fired if I were to respond to a customer this way! Take responsibility for this outcome.

I wrongfully fired for no reason

I have had worked at this company for 4 months in the month of November 2023 on the 14th I was doing the night shift as usual and had a seizure and had fallen back resulting in my head getting cracked open . I was rushed in a ambulance to a UNM hospital where I had received two staples in the back of my head .

Within the two days after I had cracked my head open your general manager had scheduled me for 8 in the morning to be a night cleaner , two days after I had cracked my head open trying to get me to work with staples his quote was to me and my boyfriend was "It doesn't say in her doctor's note that she can't work with the staples in ." I was recently fired on the 27th due to not being at a meeting I didn't know about . When I had opened the message it showed deleted so I had no idea there was a meeting as it didn't show anything in the message I had clicked on it. I am not getting worker's compensation for cracking my head open at this company while working for this company.

The general manager here in bernalillo NM is rude and a hateful person . Before he had let me go he had tried to fire me weeks ago before this due to a mistake another manager had made

Served raw burger

ordered a burger well done to share wit my girlfriend burger came i cut it in half then we both took a bite realized it was raw sent it back to kitchen they actually put the already bitten burger back on the grille and brought it back out to us said its well done now we ate it then complained to the manager she even said it should have been thrown out not recooked when bill came they actually charged us for the burger complained again she gave us a credit for half the burger this would have been a food health violation we were told by another waitress

I visited Chili's restaurant manager was Christopher Hernandez. This is in Winter Garden Florida. I have food allergies who is rude. Obnoxious would not serve me food. I want to speak to somebody 860-796-**** mean this is like a disability type thing so I think maybe somebody should call me back. Also, the manager or the waitress was awesome and very polite. The last experience we had with Chili's was bad.. this was down right horrible! The waiter took forever and the hostess was just on her phone not giving a care! The order was wrong, but the waiter didn't come enough for us to correct it! The food quality has gone way down, it's bland and no flavor. But Customer Service has taken a DIVE! We tried for 30 mins to flag someone down so we could pay our tab and leave.. NEVER AGAIN!

7/29/23 My family and I had lunch at the Tallahassee, Fl., Chili's location. My bill was 87.75, of which I used my debit card to pay. It was charged twice, to the amount of 184.75(tip incl). A week later and I still have not had my money returned to me, that was charged in excess of what I owed on my bill. I'm reporting this issue to.my bank as a theft, having received no resolution.

My gift card

Terrible hosting service. Both waitresses was rude and one even dropped the food tray. She didnt even say sorry and it took them 25 minutes to come pick the mess up. We had to get our own silverware and food was cold. The waitress who was a male got the whole order wrong. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip this is charlotte nc location. Ordered a triple dipper I got for the items that I selected to a different burgers one of them a boneless wings boneless wings are so hard when I grab it, they crumbled up in my hand because they were old and stale I called 11+ times and still have an able to speak with someone at this point I do not want my order replaced. I want a full refund the food they served me was a disgrace no one should ever be served the food that I was given tonight after this, I will never eat at Chilis again.
