My name is Brandy Phillips my employee number is 227-**** I work for Chilis at 6121 Westheimer Rd. Houston, TX 77057 I went to cash my check in the bottom two numbers on the right hand side accidentally got torn in half and my check is unreadable when they tried to cash it can you please deposit my check onto my pay cardIf youre not able to do that can you please send the check out to my job at the address provided so that I may get paid as soon as possible please and thank you in advance

Very VERY UPSET

I want to talk to a manager! I waited 15 minutes and the manager (Kokomo IN) never came out or did anyelse speak to me again to say how long I was to wait! I'm waiting for a call from a person!!! 765-271-****.

Called then automatic system says nobody is available to assist and hangs up The food was horrible. The quesadillas was super dry, barely any cheese, & it was falling apart. Next, the salsa was super watery barely flavor. The chicken Cajun pasta was very dry didnt eat any of the dinners. The food was horrible! It was all a waste of my money in Tone!!

Add said to purchase gift cards totalling $50,00 & receive 2 (2) 10.00 e-gift cards only on past Tuesday free.Your customer service rep kept saying that you should order only (1) $50.00 gift card to get the 2 free cards. Not what the top of the offer states. I wanted (2) $ 25.00 gift cards which total $50.00 & get the 2 $10.00 e-gift cards. Offer very misleading, read the top part of the offer!

Horrible experience

Are waitress was rude and very forgetful, only checked on us once and then tried to keep my change she also didnt want to let us sit at a booth with a high chair even though she sat the very next group their with a high chair and the food was bland and has no taste and was wrong when we got it this all took place at the chilis on kemper rd in fairfield ohio.

Employees don't know the law and there was a corporate Employee who they would not get to talk with me if that is true management made my drink stronger then ignored my concern when I showed the management that I was in my rights to order a drink he said he is not from here he is from Florida and I ordered a drink after 12 pm in the state of Alabama I can order a drink on Sunday after 10 am I was well after that time but don't understand why the management would not serve me but then make my drink stronger all I wanted to do was talk with the corporate person who was there

I am very unhappy and never coming back to your restaurant

I come to your Chili's here in Montrose every 3 days and I get the exact same meal but this time there was another girl there and she decides she wants to charge me extra she tells me I can't get lettuce to go.. which is stupid then I sit there and wait over a half hour for quesadillas this is the same thing I get every week they were so rude to me I asked to speak to the manager she said no the manager is on the cook line I said what I want to speak to her anyways the manager came up there I told her what was going on I told her the girl said I can't get lettuce on my quesadillas this is stupid *** LOL and the manager said stop cussing at me I told her no one is cussing at you I'm telling you what happened then she says if you're going to be disrespectful I'm not going to give you your food, I was treated so racially horrible I told her I don't even want the food I want my money back.. and as long as that manager is employed here I will never be coming back here again

I looked at the Chilis menu, and their quesadillas do not come with lettuce, so it stands to reason there would be an extra charge. But you took it to a new level.

I have been called racist before, when I was just following company policy.

I would then refuse that person service, based on THEIR racism. Accusing someone of racism, just because you didn't get way, is a horrible thing to do!!!

Chilis Conyers Georgia is terrible. EVERYTIME I go there are only 2-3 waiters working causing wait times to be stupid for no reason. Literally more than half of the restaurant has open booths and no one can sit there. They need more and better staff ASAP

I am waiting for a response about the missing three $20 bonus gift certificates. I have never had a problem with Chilis gift card/bonus in the past. I truly believe Chilis will correct the problem and will write a positive review at that time. I took photos of cards and the letter that accompanied each $50 gift card.

I when today to the store located at 5705 nw 173 Dr fl 33015, the lady took my order wrong, 15 minutes later the brought the order and the runner drop the food by mistake and the fryes ended on the floor, the said your order would be make again, 15 minutes later, the order came wrong again, when i called the lady took my order in very rude way she told me , is wrong because you order wrong, this is not acceptable as a customer service ,so end of the story i couldn eat becaise the rest of the people in my table were done with the food.

Why would you ask for a gift card?

Didn’t they take your meal off the bill since you say you did not eat? Don’t eat out if you need to beg.
